Everybody needs an Eva in their life. A supportive friend who knows your struggles and helps you get up when you’re feeling down.
I really loved the coaching program by Eva. The combination of writing and talking about my goals and biggest dreams gave me so much more clarity in ways I did not always expected. The questions Eva asks in her workbook are not just basic questions about your goals, but it gaves you a clear path with choices you can make to really accomplish the goals you want to set in your life. Not only was it teaching me ways for creating the life I desire, it also gave me more clarity in who I really am, what my values are and how I can handle specific difficuties in my life.
Besides this, the Reike sessions were a very beneficial adding to the coaching. It helped me feel more relaxed and connected to myself. I think the best part about the coaching is that Eva is a young, inspiring person, who knows what it’s like to grow up in this new generation. I’m so thankful and honoured to have gotten the chance to get coached by Eva. This experience will stick with mefor my whole life.
